Privacy policy

This policy explains how madbyme.com (“the site”) handles information. The site is a preview landing page for the creator themeyo and links to the official Fanvue channel. It is intended only for adults aged 18 or over.

1. Who is responsible

The site is operated by themeyo. Payments, subscriptions and your Fanvue account are handled by Fanvue, not by this site. For account or billing questions use Fanvue’s own support. For this website, you can reach the operator through the official channel: fanvue.com/themeyo.

2. What this site collects

This site does not create user accounts and does not process payments.

• Age confirmation – stored in your browser as age-ok so we do not ask every visit.
• Theme preference – light/dark, stored as theme.
• Cookie choice – accept or decline analytics, stored as cookie-consent.
• Analytics (optional) – Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-L4PR5FLWQB), loaded only if you tap Accept. Used to see which buttons and pages are used (for example cta_click). IP anonymization is enabled.

If you decline analytics, the gallery and links still work. No advertising cookies are set by this site.

3. Cookies and local storage

• age-ok – localStorage, strictly necessary for the 18+ gate.
• theme – localStorage, preference.
• cookie-consent – localStorage, records Accept / Decline.
• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) – only after Accept.

To reset these values, clear this site’s data in your browser settings, or use the browser’s site data / cookies panel for madbyme.com.

4. Affiliate links

Buttons labelled “Create your Fanvue account” are affiliate / referral links. If you register through them, themeyo may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Those links use rel="sponsored nofollow". Joining the channel directly via fanvue.com/themeyo does not go through the signup referral URL.

5. Third parties

• Fanvue – destination of channel and signup links. Fanvue has its own privacy policy and terms. This site does not control Fanvue.
• Google Analytics – only with your consent. See Google’s privacy documentation.
• CDN providers – the page may load Tailwind CSS and Font Awesome from public CDNs (jsDelivr / Cloudflare / Tailwind). Those providers may see your IP as part of delivering the files.

6. Adult content

The site is labelled adult (rating=adult and RTA). You must be 18 or older. Previews on this page may still be suggestive. Full content lives on Fanvue.

7. Your rights (EEA/UK and similar)

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. This site stores almost nothing on a server: analytics exist only if you accepted cookies, and preference flags live in your browser. You can:

• Decline or later clear analytics cookies;
• Clear localStorage for this domain;
• Use Google’s ads / analytics opt-out tools;
• Contact the operator via the Fanvue channel for any request related to this website.

8. Retention

Browser flags remain until you delete them. Google Analytics retention follows the property settings (typically 2–14 months). This site does not keep a separate user database.

9. International transfers

If you accept analytics, Google may process data in the United States or other countries. CDN providers may also be located outside your country.

10. Children

The site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
